I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Queen’s University, Canada. My research is focused on the regulation of ethnic diversity and the provision of public goods to minorities.

Research interests: nationalism, ethnic politics, state-minority relations, public goods provision to minorities and bureaucratic politics.

I am a founding member of the Russian and East European Studies Network (REES) at Queen’s University. I am also a research associate on two projects focused on ethnic minorities in majoritarian states: “Divided Cities” (Queen’s-McGill) and “Minority Institutions Index” (Queen’s).
